The Kazakhstan national hockey team (3 on 3) became the bronze medalist of the IV Winter Youth Olympic Games taking place in Gangwon, South Korea.

In the match for third place, our team beat the Austrian team with a score of 6:5 (4:1, 1:2, 1:2).

Let us remind you that this is the third medal for domestic young Olympians in Gangwon. Previously, Ilya Mizernykh became the champion in ski jumping, and short track speed skater Polina Omelchuk became the bronze medalist. Thus, the Kazakhstanis have 1 gold and 2 bronze awards.
